We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone (and likely to come back) because: - it’s facilities are spotlessly clean, comfortable and high quality. We loved the room and slept very well! - hospitality and care from the personnel and owners (who are always around) - delicious, plentiful and high quality food and drinks and unlimited ice cream for the kids in the evening! - lots of hotel for your money, engaging weekly program - always something to do if not in the mountains; we absolutely loved the massages and herb farm workshops! - swimming pool outside was a game changer, kids absolutely loved the fresh air swimming experience - lots of things very well thought through for the convenience of the guests - eg compact zoning of families with small kids close to the food station, reminders and advance communication from the team, and so on - lots of returning guests (some track many years of visits), and people are generally very friendly Many thanks to the team for working so hard to make this a flawless experience!
