Our stay at this hotel was a true five star experience. Probably some of the best service we have ever had at a hotel. The front desk staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. They helped us with so many things from booking transfers, scheduling tours, and making dinner reservations. Everyone was great but a special shout out to Matilde who helped us over email before we arrived to book private drivers for two days. Both drivers and tours were exceptional. The bar staff were also a delight, as well as the service staff at the restaurants. The property itself was beautiful and very convenient to walk to all the sights of Cortona. Our room was super comfortable and the view was spectacular. Also the hotel provided as much free drinking water as we wanted, which is rare for Europe! Overall highly recommended!
