A Wonderful Wonderful Place to Stay, with a Few Room-Related Disappointments The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, nestled between magnificent mountains and a beautiful lake, right along the highway to Riva del Garda. The property is enormous, beautifully landscaped, and thoughtfully designed with well-planned pathways throughout. Parking is convenient, with designated areas for visitors and ample parking for hotel guests. You can drive up to your building to unload your luggage before moving your car to the parking area. The one-way driving system is well organised. The all-inclusive food and drinks were impressive, with a great spread of breads, cheese, eggs and hot meals, plus unlimited ice cream, juices and snacks for children. The seemingly endless supply of alcoholic beverages was quite surprising too! This place is truly a paradise for families with kids. The facilities are excellent, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, billiards, play areas, table tennis, steam and sauna facilities. Children will certainly never run out of things to do. The staff were also exceptionally kind and helpful. Since I had a fractured toe, they thoughtfully arranged a room close to the reception and breakfast area, which I really appreciated. The only major disappointment was the room's upholstery and bedding. The furnishings felt too outdated, there was noticeable dust on the bed and backrests and the curtains had small tears. Unfortunately, the third bed broke one evening, and it also had an uncomfortable dip in the middle. We managed to fix it ourselves for the night and reported everything at checkout. The staff were kind and appreciative of our feedback. The bathroom, however, was clean. They also have a private beach that is very close to the property Overall, this is a fantastic property with a great location, excellent food, wonderful facilities and helpful staff. With some much-needed upgrades to the room interiors and bedding, the experience could be outstanding from start to finish.
