Dear Mr. Greene, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful setting of our resort and the stunning surroundings of Lake Fuschl. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations in several respects. Regarding air conditioning, it is true that our guest rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Due to the structural characteristics of our buildings, a retrofit is unfortunately not possible. During particularly hot days, however, we provide additional air-conditioning units in our restaurant, and our brand-new fitness studio, which opened this spring, is fully air-conditioned. We were also surprised to read your comments regarding our service. The friendliness and hospitality of our team are consistently praised by our guests and are among the aspects for which we receive the most positive feedback. Likewise, every guest is, of course, provided with their own seat in our restaurant, and we always strive to ensure a comfortable dining experience for everyone. Our dress code for dinner is communicated to all guests in advance and is intended to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant for everyone. We regret if you felt it was applied inconsistently during your stay. We would also like to clarify the room key checks at our private lakeside beach. As the beach is openly accessible and not separated by gates or barriers, we occasionally ask guests to show their room key. This measure is solely intended to protect the privacy and comfort of our hotel guests, as non-residents sometimes enter the area. These checks are carried out exclusively for the benefit of our guests. Finally, we are sorry that our cuisine did not meet your personal expectations. Taste is, of course, subjective. We are delighted, however, that our culinary offering and our new head chef receive excellent feedback from the vast majority of our guests. We wish you all the best for your future travels.
